Every item sold by Saint Luxury Outlet is guaranteed 100% authentic. We are an independent outlet reseller, and authenticity is the foundation of everything we do.

Our authenticity guarantee

Before any bag is listed or shipped it passes a multi-point inspection by our specialists: leather grain and finish, stitching, hardware and engravings, interior lining, serial and date codes, and overall construction are all checked against the maker’s standards.

Every order ships with a Digital Certificate of Authenticity carrying a unique code, which you can check at any time on our Verify Authenticity page.

If an item is ever proven not authentic

If an independent, recognised third-party authentication service determines in writing that an item bought from us is not authentic, we will accept its return and refund the full purchase price, including original and return shipping. This applies with no time limit, provided the item is the one we supplied and is returned in the condition in which it was received.

To make a claim, email support@saintluxuryoutlet.com with your order number and the written report from the authentication service.

Condition guarantee

Each listing describes the item’s condition honestly, and the photographs show the actual bag you will receive. If an item arrives in a condition materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a return and a full refund.

What this guarantee does not cover

Normal wear from use after delivery, damage caused by accident, misuse or unauthorised repair, and changes of mind outside the 14-day return window described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
