These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Saint Luxury Outlet. By placing an order you accept them.

About us

Saint Luxury Outlet is an independent outlet reseller of authentic pre-owned and past-collection luxury handbags. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Saint Laurent® or Kering Group. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the items we sell.

Products

Every item is a genuine, individually inspected piece. Because our stock is largely one of a kind, quantities are limited and an item may sell out while it is still displayed. Photographs show the actual item; slight colour variation between screens is normal.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and include import duties and taxes. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. An order is confirmed only once payment has been received.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is no longer available, if the price or description contained an obvious error, or if we are unable to verify the payment. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

Delivery

Shipping is free on orders over 300 USD and every parcel is insured and tracked. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & Returns for full details.

Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition with all packaging, dust bag and certificate. Full conditions are set out in Shipping & Returns.

Authenticity

Our authenticity commitment and the claims procedure are described in the Guarantee Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies.
