Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, dust bag and the certificate of authenticity included.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Each bag ships in protective wrapping inside a rigid outer box, together with its Digital Certificate of Authenticity.

This item is crafted from natural, delicate materials that require special care.
